Returns and Refund Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

We will inspect the item you returned and then process your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Return Value

Shipping charges will be deducted

Refund (cash within 5 working days via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash)

In case of Visa, refund will be made within 14 working days to the same account

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items for sale or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

14 Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued using your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund your refund as well.
